Project description:
The vibrating fluid bed dryer was developed jointly by customers and us according to the properties of iminodiacetonitrile. It is safe, energy-saving and friendly to environment. Other notable features include outstanding performance, low consumption and easy maintenance.

Equipment description:
The vibrating fluid bed dryer is exclusively designed for iminodiacetonitrile. It is mainly composed of air blower, air heater, vibrating fluid bed, cyclone collector, bag filter, induced draft fan, exhaust funnel etc. Clean and dry hot air which has been heated is dispensed into the fluid bed. It can change the wet material into a fluid after the feeding process. As a result of extensive contact between hot air and material, the heat and mass transfer operation is sped up, and the drying process is accomplished in a very short period of time. Wet exhaust gas is discharged out of the air blower. The material which has been dried is cooled by air, which is beneficial to packaging.
