Lithium iron phosphate is a new material that may revolutionize the lithium battery industry. It remains at the forefront of this industry. Our double-cone vacuum dryer is built on the basis of absorbing advanced equipment and technology from overseas countries, according to the properties of lithium iron phosphate.

Description of the lithium iron phosphate dryer:
1. Main components of this equipment include main body, motor, rotary joint and speed reducer.
2. Top-mounted manhole is available with a diameter of 400mm. Stainless steel butterfly valve is adopted to control the discharge flow and can be easily operated.
3. Temperature is preset and controlled according to the process requirements. Heating with hot water or steam depends on the preset temperature range. The heating system is prepared by users.
4. Those materials which have been dried are put into the drying chamber. They are fast dried by receiving heat from the inner wall of the equipment while constantly turning over in a vacuum environment. This equipment can save one-third of time and improve production efficiency when compared to a static vacuum dryer.
