Equipment description:
The flash drying machine is mainly composed of air inlet system, heating system, feeding system, drying unit, dust removal system, exhaust system, control system, etc. The wet material is sent by a screw feeder into a drying unit, where the hot air rotates at high speed and carries fine powder to move upwards. Those materials that cannot be carried away will stay at the bottom of the drying unit and then undergo crushing and dispersion. A classifier is placed at the top of this equipment. Under the action of centrifugal force, those products with required degrees of dryness and fineness will be blown out of the classifier, and during this process the material can get dried quickly.
