The flash dryer is designed according to the production needs and the drying performance of pharmaceutical excipients. It is practical, stable, cost-effective, safe, energy-saving, and provides high yield. The flash dryer for pharmaceutical excipient is a patented product. It mainly consists of air inlet system, heating system, feeding system, drying unit, dust collection system, exhaust system, control system etc. The wet material is fed into a drying chamber, in which the hot air rotates at high speed and carries the fine powder to move upwards. The material which cannot be taken away has to stay at the bottom of the drying unit and then undergoes crushing and rapid dispersion. Under the action of centrifugal force, the product with required degrees of dryness and fineness is blown out of the top-mounted classifier. During this process the material gets dried in a fast and efficient manner.
