With the use of top-notch technology and rich experience, our company has been constantly innovating and designed the spray dryer which can suit users’ requirements for production of high-quality marine biological protein.

This drying machine is developed on the basis of characteristics of marine biology. It uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer which enables the breakup of materials into mists. Because these materials come into full contact with hot air, they are instantly dried and then changed into powders. After passing through the primary and secondary filters, air is heated and enters into an air distributor which is placed on top of the heating device. The hot air is spirally and uniformly delivered to a drying system, where our finished product can come into contact with hot air and then be dried in the shortest possible time. The finished product is continuously discharged from the bottom of the high-efficiency cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged from an induced draft fan.
