Equipment description:

Traditionally the granulation and drying process is performed by each machine in a stand-alone clean room. Materials are required to pass through a multitude of clean rooms, which is very prone to secondary pollution. The capsule machine uses an enclosed conveyor system, which ensures the granulation and drying process is accomplished in a single clean room. This can help to avoid man-made secondary pollution. In addition, the granulation and drying process is conducted in a more scientific and reasonable manner. This contributes to a small equipment footprint and also makes the production process comply with good manufacturing practice (GMP).
The equipment model can be selected by users according to actual yield and dosage. This ensures a maximum yield as well as the continuous and stable production.
Technical data on the wet granulation and fluid bed dryer can be stored, collected and printed under the control of a human machine interface system. Parameters of multiple machines can be setup and monitored only using one control cabinet. All parameters can be classified, set and modified. Multi-level password protection is also available. From the main menu of the control system, you can see the equipment failure and alarm record in real time, which means the manufacturing process is in a fully automated mode. This also ensures a stable production process.
This system has the combined advantages of a wet granulator and a horizontal fluid bed dry granulator, which can ensure high yields with minimum granule loss.
Equipped with a vacuum feeder and a lifting device, this production line operates with a high degree of automation. The automated production line has replaced the traditional manual operation, which helps to reduce labor fatigue and dust pollutant significantly.
The cleaning nozzles are placed at multiple points and operate in a fully automated mode, which provides a reliable guarantee on clean-in-place (CIP).
