Project introduction:

Equipment introduction:
The chlortetracycline drying equipment is mainly composed of air blower, heat exchanger, drying system (including feeder and crusher), cyclone separator, dust collector, induced draft fan and pipeline. The wet material is sent by a screw feeder into the drying system, where the hot air rotates at high speed and carries the fine powder to move upwards. Those materials that cannot be taken away will stay at the bottom of the drying unit and then undergo crushing and rapid dispersion. A classifier is placed at the top of this equipment. Under the action of centrifugal force, those products with required degrees of dryness and fineness will be blown out of the classifier, and during this process the material will be dried quickly.
