Sodium persulfate is the inorganic compound with the formula Na2S2O8. It is the sodium salt of persulfate (also called peroxydisulfate), an oxidizer. It is a white solid that decomposes rapidly at high temperature and in a humid environment. According to the properties of sodium persulfate, our company has developed the XF series horizontal fluid bed dryer with the use of overseas advanced equipment and technology. This product has achieved great success in the drying of sodium persulfate.

Equipment description:
The horizontal fluid bed drying and cooling machine is composed of feeding system, air filtration system, heating system, cooling system, main body, built-in dust removal system, discharging system, control system and so forth. The wet material is fed into a fluid bed dryer through a hopper and a valve. It comes into contact with hot air and turns into fluid in the drying system. Heat transfer and mass transfer are conducted, and then the drying process is completed. Fine powder is blown to a built-in dust collector filter bag for the purpose of recycling. Dried hot material is automatically sent to a horizontal fluid bed cooling system. Inside this system, the material comes into contact with cold air, and then it turns into fluid for interchange of energy. Temperature decreases, and the cooling process is completed. The fine powder is blown to the built-in dust collector filter bag again. The finished product which has been dried and cooled is discharged via a rotary valve.
