About project:
The high-speed rotary flash dryer is developed in-house on the basis of overseas cutting-edge equipment and technology. It has achieved great success in the drying of aluminum hydroxide.

About equipment:
The flash dryer primarily consists of air inlet system, heating system, feeding system, drying unit, dust collection system, exhaust system, control system and so forth. The wet material is fed into a drying chamber, in which the hot air rotates at high speed. Fine powder is carried by the hot air and moves upwards. The material which cannot be taken away has to stay at the bottom of the drying unit, where it needs to undergo crushing and rapid dispersion. Under the action of centrifugal force, the product with required degrees of dryness and fineness is blown out of the top-mounted classifier. During this process the material is dried in a fast and efficient manner.
