When raw materials enter our facilities, SS sheet for example, we use handheld XRF analyzers to check whether it is real SS 304 or not.
Meanwhile, we also use ultrasonic hardness testers and LEEB hardness testers to check the thickness of SS sheet.
After welding the drying machine, we use weld seam rulers to check the strength of the weld.
When the dryers are completed and their surfaces are polished, we use a surface roughness meter to check it whether it can meet customer requirements.
