Equipment introduction:
The flash dryer for phenylglycine mainly consists of air inlet system, heating system, feeding system, drying unit, dust removal system, exhaust system, control system etc. The wet material is fed into a drying chamber and comes into contact with hot air which rotates at high speed. The fine powder is carried by hot air and moves to the top of the chamber. Those materials which cannot be taken away have to be crushed and rapidly dispersed at the bottom of the drying chamber. Under the action of centrifugal force, the product with required degrees of dryness and fineness is blown out of the top-mounted classifier, and during this process the material is dried in a very short period of time.
