Project introduction:
On the basis of absorbing overseas advanced equipment and technology, our company has successfully developed the rotary flash dryer which can fast dry the silicon carbide.

Equipment introduction:
The flash dryer mainly consists of air inlet system, heating system, feeding system, drying unit, dust collection system, exhaust system, control system etc. The wet material is fed into a drying chamber, in which the hot air rotates at high speed and carries the fine powder to move upwards. The material which cannot be taken away has to stay at the bottom of the drying unit and then undergoes crushing and rapid dispersion. Under the action of centrifugal force, the product with required degrees of dryness and fineness is blown out of the classifier which is placed at the top of this equipment. During this process the material gets dried in a fast and efficient manner.
