Our company developed the glyphosate dryer in collaboration with the Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry on the basis of introduction of overseas cutting-edge equipment and technology. The in-house developed innovative equipment is suited for drying paste, filter cake and heat-sensitive material.

Equipment description:
Hot air works with an agitator at the bottom of this equipment in order to deliver a powerful and rotating flow. The paste material is sent by a screw feeder into a drying unit. It gets dispersed after being processed by a high-speed rotary agitator blade. The bulk material is crushed quickly and then comes into full contact with hot air for heating and drying purposes. The material which has been dehydrated will rise with the hot air. The filter ring will catch big particles while simultaneously the small particles are discharged out of the dryer. Recycling is conducted by a cyclone separator and a dust collector. The incompletely dry or bulk material will be thrown to the wall of the equipment under centrifugal force. Then it will return back to the bottom and get crushed and dried.
