Project description:
Gypsum is a kind of mineral primarily composed of calcium sulfate. It is widely used as an industrial material, medical material and building material. It can also function as a cement retarder, gypsum building material, medical or food additive, just to name a few.

Equipment description:
The air stream dryer for gypsum is made up of heating system, feeding system, drying system, take-up system, control system, fan and so forth. The wet material is fed into a drying chamber, in which the hot air rotates at high speed to lift up the material. During this process, our material gets dried quickly. To make the drying of materials continue for a longer time, we have designed the back of the main drying tube with a cyclone dryer. After having passed through the main drying tube, the material is sent to a cyclone dryer and a cyclone separator in sequence. Under the action of centrifugal force, this material will fall along the wall of the drum till it arrives at the discharging outlet of the lower part. The fine powder which has not been separated by the cyclone separator is transferred to the pulse-jet bag filter dust collector.
