Sodium gluconate appears as a white crystal or powder. It is easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in ether. According to its drying performance, our company has developed the sodium gluconate drying equipment.

Equipment description:
The horizontal fluid bed dryer is exclusively used for sodium gluconate. Clean hot air is dispensed into the bed via a control valve. It can turn the wet material into a fluid after the feeding process. As a result of extensive contact between hot air and material, the heat and mass transfer operation is sped up, and the drying process is accomplished in a very short period of time. If you use a continuous horizontal fluid bed dryer, the material will be fed from one end of the bed and then undergo several dozen seconds to a few minutes fluid-bed drying process before being automatically discharged from the other end of the bed.
