The continuous drum dryer is rotating continuous drying equipment with an internal heating conducting style. Heat is transferred to the internal wall of the cylinder through pipes. Dried products are then scraped off of the cylinder wall with a blade. The material is then collected on the spiral conveyor and collected.
Applications
This drum drying system is suitable for drying liquid raw materials or thick liquids in chemical, dyestuff, pharmaceutical, foodstuff, metallurgy and other industries.

Features
1. High heat efficiency. The cylinder prevents heat radiation, minimizing heat loss.
2. Large operation elasticity and wide application. Various adjustments can be made to facilitate drying for different materials.
3. Short drying period. The drying period of materials is normally 10 to 300 seconds, making it suitable for heat-sensitive materials. It also can be operated under vacuum conditions.
4. Fast drying rate. Normal thickness of the film that coats the cylinder walls is 0.3 to 1.5mm. Once heat is applied, the machine can process 20-70 kg.H2O/m2.h.
