Features
(1) Easy control and high adaptability
- The drying process can be optimized by adjusting the thickness of the material layer, the rotation speed of the main shaft, the number of rotating arms, and the configuration of the plow blades
- Each drying plate can be independently heated or cooled using different mediums, allowing for precise and easy temperature control of the material.
- The material's residence time within the system can be adjusted as needed
- The material flows in one direction without back-mixing, ensuring uniform drying, stable quality, and eliminating the need for post-drying mixing
(2) Simple and convenient operation
- Once the feed is stopped, the plow blades quickly clear the remaining material from the dryer, making the process efficient
- The large inspection doors with clear windows allow for thorough cleaning and observation of the drying equipment, ensuring easy maintenance
(3) Low energy consumption
- Thin material layers and low shaft rotation speeds mean that the power requirements are minimal, leading to lower energy consumption
- The system utilizes conductive heat for drying, resulting in high thermal efficiency and reduced energy use
(4) Clean operation and solvent recovery
- Atmospheric type: The low internal airflow speeds and uneven humidity distribution (higher at the bottom, lower at the top) prevent dust from accumulating at the top of the dryer. The exhaust is nearly dust-free
- Sealed type: Equipped with a solvent recovery system, it effectively recovers organic solvents from the moist gas. This simple recovery system operates with high efficiency, making it ideal for handling flammable, explosive, toxic, or oxidizing materials. The use of nitrogen as a carrier gas enables safe closed-loop operation
- Vacuum type: Operates under vacuum conditions, making it especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials with excellent results
