By virtue of first-class technology and rich production experience, our company has made progress through continuous innovation. The spray dryer which is exclusively used for soya protein can meet our users’ requirements for producing high-quality soya protein.

Our project is designed according to the actual needs of users. The soya protein spray dryer which was designed for Nantong Sun-Green Group has a diameter of 10 meters, a height of 28 meters and a water evaporation rate of 5 tons per hour. It has been successfully put into operation.

The spray dryer utilizes an atomizer to disperse materials into mists. Mists are instantly dried when being fully exposed to hot air. They are changed into powders by using this spray drying machine. Air is put through the primary and secondary filters. Then it is heated and transferred to a top-mounted air distributor. The hot air is spirally and uniformly delivered to a drying system. Finished products can be dried immediately after being exposed to hot air. After that, they are continuously taken out of the bottom of a high-efficiency cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged from an induced draft fan.
