Selected product: GZQ series vibrating fluid bed dryer

Project description:
The vibrating fluid bed dryer is selected according to the processing characteristics of bread crumbs. Unlike an ordinary fluid bed which relies on air to perform fluidization, our fluid bed can accomplish the fluidization and conveying of materials through vibration. The hot air is mainly used to transfer heat and mass. The most prominent advantage lies in the obvious reduction of energy consumption. In addition, materials are rarely crushed and contain little dust.

This drying system is mainly composed of air blower, air heater, vibrating fluid bed, cyclone collector, bag filter, induced draft fan, exhaust funnel and other devices.
