The vegetable dewatering machine is ideally suited for continuous mass production and drying of roots, stems, leaves, as well as the massive, flaky, large granular vegetables, etc. In the meanwhile, it can maintain the vegetables' nutrient, color and many others to the maximum extent. Typical applications of our machine have been found in drying of garlic, pumpkin, carrots, konjac, yam, bamboo shoots, horseradish, onions, apples and so forth.
Equipment description:
Components of the vegetable dryer encompass: feeding system, material distribution system, air filtration system, heating & cooling system, main machine, transmission system, bypass filtration system, discharging system, exhaust system, control system etc. Materials are fed, distributed and then transferred to the belt dryer. They are encountered with hot and cold air for the transfer of heat and mass. Hot air is recyclable, thus resulting in decreased energy consumption. Moisture is taken out of the material, and then the drying and cooling of materials is accomplished.
