Equipment description:
The belt dryer is specially designed to operate with soybean meal. It comprises feeding system, material distribution system, air filtration system, heating & cooling system, main machine, transmission system, bypass filtration system, discharging system, exhaust system, control system etc. Materials are fed, distributed and then conveyed to the belt dryer. After that, they come into contact with hot air and cold air for the transfer of heat and mass. Hot air is recycled, thus resulting in lower energy consumption. Moisture is taken out of the material, and then the drying and cooling of materials is completed.
