The JG series of hot air dryer can remove moisture from the surface of raw granular materials or powders that are easily dehydrated. Air stream drying allow the operator to be carefully controlled for high quality finished materials. When humid raw material is fed into the screw, it is mixed with air and is broken up by rotating knives, creating fine granules. By the time the granules reach the outlet they will reach the desired dryness and it will enter the drying pipe for the final drying stage. Humid and heavy granules that cannot enter the drying pipe are broken and dried until they can.
