Our instant coffee production line takes coffee beans and turns them into soluble coffee powder through the processes of roasting, grinding, extraction, concentrating, and spray drying.
The procedures for this production as follows:Coffee beans are cleaned and conveyed to the roaster.
The coffee beans are roasted in cycles of 120kg/each at a temperature of approx.180℃-200℃. After being roasted, coffee is conveyed to the grinding stage for further processing.
The extract from the freshest roast and ground coffee pot is withdrawn intermittently. During the process time (when extract enters a particular pot of fresh roast and ground coffee and ends when that column of coffee is discharged and has been taken off-stream) coffee have been wetted, extracted, and the soluble have been hydrolyzed.
Spray dryingSpray drying or atomization is the most widespread, effective and economic means to obtain soluble coffee, guaranteeing a product with high quality and taste features. This type of dryer produces soluble powders consisting of hollow micro-spheres having a grain-size of approx.100*300um.
