Equipment description:
The horizontal fluid bed dryer for pharmaceutical industry is composed of feeding system, air filtration system, heating system, freezing & drying system, main machine, dust removal system, discharging system, control system, etc. The wet material is fed into a fluid bed dryer via a hopper and a valve. It comes into contact with hot air and turns into fluid in the drying system. This leads to the transfer of heat and mass, and the drying process is completed. Fine powder is blown to a dust collector filter bag for the purpose of recycling. Dried hot material is automatically sent to a horizontal fluid bed cooling system. Inside this system, the material comes into contact with cold air, and then it turns into fluid for the interchange of energy. The cooling process is accomplished when the temperature decreases. The fine powder is blown to the dust collector filter bag again. The finished product which has been dried and cooled is discharged via a rotary valve.
