The herb drying production line has two methods to create dried herb products.

1. Using spray dryer
Washing the raw herbs.
Extracting herb
Concentrating the herb liquid
Drying the liquid with ZLG- centrifugal spray dryer for traditional Chinese herbs.
Packing the herb powder.

2. Using a mesh belt dryer, vacuum dryer, vacuum mesh belt dryer, or vacuum freeze dryer
Washing the raw herbs
Cutting the herb into pieces
Dry them with a mesh belt dryer, vacuum dryer, vacuum mesh belt dryer, or vacuum freeze dryer
Using high efficiency micro grinding machine to grind dried herb pieces into powder.
